The Women’s Air Jordan 1 Mid “Iridescent” is a flashy look for the women’s sizing of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe in mid-top form. The unique appearance of the release can be attributed to the iridescent leather collar and heel which emits a reflective shine. Barely Rose suede covers the mid-panel, toe cap, and collar. A dotted black nylon Swoosh contrasts the mid-panel. Additional black nylon appears on the perforated toe and tongue. Jordan Brand finishes off the midsole in a tonal hue that syncs with the pale pink suede base of the shoe.

This review is based on trying them on once.

I really like this shoe. It's very comfortable for an "old school sneaker", It has a removable insole with surprisingly good arch support and more cushioning then you'll find in a typical canvas sneaker. They're also very soft and won't rub your ankles raw. Unfortunately, I can't justify keeping them, but I find it difficult sending them back, because I like them so much (i.e. only so much closet room for shoes.)

The sizing is very accurate. They may run a little on the large side, but that's what I'd want, so I could wear them with heavy socks in Winter months. So, I disagree with those who suggest sizing up or down, because they're actually quite accurate (they're definitely not too small and I don't think they're even close to being too large, either.) The Teva brand used to run all over the place with sizing, but the last few pair I've owned and have been really consistent and accurate.

I didn't try them on a bike, but I suspect that they're very good bike riding shoes, because the soles are quite firm. In fact, I would have liked them better if the sole wasn't so firm, but I expected them to be firm as bike riding shoes. Overall, I think they're very nice sneakers, but I'm looking for something a little more fashion oriented.

The Skechers Haniger Cassipi Sneaker is comfortable enough for exercise and handsome enough for more dressy use. I only wish it was available in brown or some other colors besides black and whites.

It would seem the 574 is back in style and I'm loving it. I haven't worn these since middle school! I purchased the all black pair as I believe it looks the slickest, and it does look as advertised. Some reviews mention that these fit snug, and they do at first, but I can assure you that they loosen right up and conform to your foot properly after a few wears. I didn't even order the wide pair. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another pair in the future!

Love how easy and comfortable these shoes are. Thought the toe box was not high enough for my toes but I put some marble eggs in them for a week (they are smooth and heavy) to stretch the toe area up some and this worked great. Don't know why the shoe maker thinks our toes taper down--nope! Still love them though!
