The Air Jordan 1 Mid "Jeter" is a New York Yankees-themed colorway of Michael Jordan's first signature design with Nike in mid-top form that honors Derek Jeter. The design released as part of the "RE2PECT" collection which also included a Nike Lunar Grind and Jordan Hydro 6 Slide. Here, the Air Jordan 1 Mid sports a white leather base that covers the perforated toe, mid-panel, and heel. A speckled navy leather Swoosh branding hit appears on the mid-panel with a navy speckled leather eyelet panel and ankle collar adding to the contrasting. Navy laces, a bronze accented Jumpman logo on the blue tongue tab and bronze Wings logo on the collar complete the upper. A white rubber midsole with a gum bottom finishes off the design. The Air Jordan 1 Mid "Jeter" was released on July 26, 2017.

This is a nicely made driving shoe for occasional use. After all it is only an $80 shoe, just what you would expect from a shoe priced in this category fit was about 1/2 size more than a normal street shoe; and about a 1/2 size less than my normal New Balance size (NB runs one size more than normal street shoes)

The trim outline of the shoe aids in driving small sports cars with narrow clutch/brake areas.

These are far more comfortable then typical canvas sneakers, but they offer a similar casual look. The sizing is very accurate, so order your normal size, regardless of whether you plan on wearing them with or without socks.

I've seen some reviews mention that they run narrow, but I don't agree. Compared to your typical canvas sneaker, they actually run wide and probably run wide compared to many other sneakers, as well. They have very ample toe room.
