The Air Jordan 1 High “Volt Gold” is a “do-it-yourself” inspired colorway of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe that was released by Jordan Brand in early 2021. Crafted in the spirit of Off-White and Virgil Abloh’s deconstructed Air Jordan 1s from the coveted “The 10” collection, the “Volt Gold” features contrasting hues of neon yellow and gold on its design, as well as "overcut" leather panels that extend past the stitching. White leather can be found on the perforated toe and mid-panel. Contrasting black leather appears on the forefoot, toe cap, and eyelets. A black “Wings” logo can be found on the Volt collar overlay and a black Swoosh appears on either side of the shoe. Additional details include a gold leather panel on the heel, cream shoe laces, and a vintage-inspired cream midsole. An inverted orange-tinted translucent “Nike Air” tongue tag appears on the cream nylon tongue. Release date: January 9, 2021.

Bought these for my auto tech son, his third pair. On his feet up to 12 hours daily and found that these shoes are very comfortable. Work shoe and sneaker combined.

I have been on a roll lately with products from Amazon. I shop locally, shop online, and end up purchasing through Amazon. These shoes are a great example. I wanted all leather black shoes for travelling. These met all of my criteria and for less than $35, how could I go wrong. They fit perfectly, loo great, and are very comfortable. I have been breaking them in on the treadmill...could not be more pleased.

First off, I wear a size 14 in most shoes, including Five Ten Freerider mountain biking shoes. These are only made up to a 13. I heard that they come a little large though and decided to try them out. I'm not sure if this is true across all sizes, but the 13 is more like a 13.75. They ended up fitting me very well. So, be careful on the size.

The main reason I bought these though is that I LOVE the Stealth rubber soles on my MTB shoes and wanted to try out a pair of hiking/approach shoes from Five Ten. Even though the tread pattern doesn't look terribly aggressive, these are the best gripping trail shoes I've owned. They are comfortable all around with a reasonably wide toe box and good cushioning at the top of the tongue and under the ankle. The soles are stiff and took a little while to break in. I still wouldn't say they've "softened" all that much though. The bottom of the shoe is pretty stiff and the inner sole is not very cushy. They are comfortable for wearing all day though. I recently traveled with them for 10 days as my only pair of shoes both walking around town and hiking. So, they're fine. If you like a soft sole or lots of padding though, these are definitely not for you.

The only complaint I have is that these shoes do not breathe well at all. They're mostly a soft leather with a little bit of mesh. The mesh is thick though. My feet get hot in lots of shoes, but these are very hot. The flip side is that they do a decent job of keeping moisture out. During rainy hikes, my feet have stayed pretty dry. For me, the durability is nice. I've beaten up a lot of shoes hiking and I can tell these are going to hold up well. They're very well made and solid.

Overall, I really like these shoes. You just have to be good with the tradeoffs. They choose durability, grip and stiffness over being lightweight and breathable. And I feel like I should repeat that they are not cushy. They have stiff soles, but flex enough to walk around in all day no matter what the terrain. Give them a try if that's what you're after.

shoe is made very well, good quality..I purchased a similar pair and I had to get one size larger than my regular shoes. really liked the shoes, my advise is purchase one size larger than your true shoe size, also when I received a pair of shoes similar to these as a gift, I ran into a problem. The shoe had laces off to the side, not centered with shoe. I wore them only one time and the next day when I was putting them on, one eye loop tore. I contacted PUMA and they stated I need receipt, when and where purchased. I contacted the person who gave them as a gift and they did not save receipt, due to that I saved the shoe to wear on my vacation which were months away. It has been over a year ago, and I still have the shoes in the box sitting in my closet. Be very cautious about purchasing PUMA shoes with eye loops, if so make sure you save receipt.

I ordered the size I normally wear in other brands of shoes and these fit perfect. I have slightly wide feet and the shoes fit comfortably, not too tight and it too loose either. I love the look of these shoes and got many compliments!

Looks pretty nice. Canvas upper is tough, but also took about a week to break in and become comfortable. Until it broke in, it felt a little tight and rubbed a bit. But for the money this was a pretty nice everyday casual shoe. A size 11 was fine for me (a size 11 Merrell, Adidas, Rockport, or Babolat is a perfect fit on me). There's no arch support, which was OK for my medium arches, but people with higher arches should consider getting an insole. I have to lace it a little snug or it creaks when I walk.

I wore the sole down a little faster than the Merrell shoes I usually wear. It's lasted me 5 months so far with a minumum of 6 miles of walking per work day. I expect it'll last another month or two before the sole wears down too far. (I wear out the outside heel and inside toe first.)
