The Women’s Air Jordan 1 Low “Arctic Pinku002FGum” is yet another clean and casual colorway of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe for women. Featuring a mostly pink monochromatic look, the “Arctic Pinku002FGum” makeup of the low-top Jordan 1 is most definitely a head-turner. As mentioned, the leather upper is dressed almost exclusively in Arctic Pink, save for the white Swoosh on both sides and the white “Wings” embroidery on the heel. Both the pink nylon tongue and pink shoe laces continue the shoe’s predominantly pink theme. Underfoot, a classic gum rubber sole completes the look.

Bought these for my son because I was tired of looking at his worn out stain tennis shoes. He says these are very comfortable and he likes them a lot. They wipe off nicely. The foot bed is comfortable and they appear to be well constructed. I will keep this in mind The next time I purchased a pair of sneakers. They’re just as good as any one, two, $300 pair of shoes.

I like these shoes a lot. They are super light weight. They look good and feel good. I have a very wide foot. My predecessors to these shoes were almost as expensive, and I ended up "blowing out" the sides of both shoes because of my wide feet. There is a little bit of slop in these shoes, but I ordered them 1/2 size bigger to be able to wear 2 pairs of socks with these in the winter. With 2 pairs of socks, these are as close to perfect as I could hope for. I paid about $35 with prime. If these "blow out", I will report back, but I think they are going to be just fine.

I find Chucks too narrow and uncomfortable. These have a bit more width across the area of the ball of the foot, and that makes a tremendous difference in fit and comfort.

Plus the insoles really do add extra padding and support, and they do shift your weight to the outside of the foot, making them comfortable to wear for much longer.

And of course it's great to have on a pair of P. F. Flyers again!

The shoes are true to size. For those who have wide feet and are used to buy half size up, it will fit ok. Unfortunately, because the clothes is so soft, you will see your toe poking out when walking. Not a problem for normal width feet I am sure.

Fit and finish are good, these are a solid comfortable pair of well-made shoes. The quality I've come to expect from Rockport. So why only four stars? The styling, the look, still doesn't quite sit right for me. Not a hiking show, not a dress shoe, not a cool looking casual with jeans shoe. It's a strange middle ground. I somehow thought they'd look better than the pictures, that they'd be good for walking to park, but something about the look doesn't work. For me.

It's a fine pair of shoes that will no doubt last a long time. If you like the look, they will serve you well.
