The upper sports a stealthy black nubuck material with contrasting bright orange premium tumbled leather on the jack-o-lantern shaped perforations on the toe box. A purple spider web sits on the mid-panel, playing up on the Halloween motif. A bold contrasting orange leather Swoosh is located on the mid-panel with purple laces and a purple spider hanging from a web on the lateral panel of the shoe. “Trick” and “Treat” cover the left and right heels, respectively, in lime green lettering with two white ghosts appearing on the inner tongue lining. The main problem is that the heel strap is not adjustable and it is cut too short to allow the heel to rest at the intended spot thereby pushing the whole foot forward so toes hang over the front edge. While the length of the footbed is a 9, the useable space is only an 8.5 because the heel strap is cut too short and not adjustable. Order a half size larger than you normally would.

I highly recommend these, super comfortable, only thing that would make them better would be the ability to to make my feet NOT smell like run a marathon in dog sh%t all day, but im sure my 10 hour day, and genetics are more to blame,lol

Got a good 8 moths out of the first pair, thats 8 months of 10 hour days, a Michigan winter, and over 10000 steps of walking within the facility per day, so of course purchased another pair and cheaper this time to boot!

Fine shoes, after wearing for a few days (will update later if problems arise). I wear orthotic insoles and the insoles that come with these sneakers are easy to remove and replace.

I hadn't worn a pair of Chuck Taylor's for over 40 years and bought them for old times sake. Wow! They handle an orthotic very well and are surprisingly comfortable. They've become my shoe of choice and I wear them most of the time now. It's also great to be able to throw them in the wash with the clothes.

They were alright/good for the first 6 months. There are two things I don't like about this shoe. They used a pink open cell foam under the insole that will get very petrydish like if/when you replace the insole. I wish they used closed cell foam and used a built in antimicrobial like microban silver phosphate. The tread makes a squeeling sound when walking on ceramic tile/marble it's somewhat embarrassing when your the only one with squeeking shoes at work. They are comfortable easy to put on I just wish they fixed those things & generally designed it to last longer instead of being a throw away item.
