Certainly one of the most premium versions ever made of the Air Force 1, and adventurous, too, the “Retroreflective Crystals” turns heads with its unique design with retroreflective Swarovski crystals. A modular four-piece overlay is screwed onto the shoe’s upper and features 228 unfaceted crystals, inspired by road reflectors and made exclusively for Nike for the Air Force 1. I bought these for my 3 year old who is in a size 9 right now and these are way too big on him. Even with thick socks. But we love converse and this isn't his first pair. They do run about a size too large but I knew that and was anticipating him growing into them. The brand is perfect for a rough and tumble little boy! We got the elastic laces for them too so they're easy to slip on and off (even when he grows into them the rest of the way) which makes them even better!

The description says skate shoes and I suppose they can be used by skaters, but these are just really nice looking sneakers. I ordered them for my grandson and he loves them. They are comfortable and good looking. The darker color is nice and they look expensive.

I use this shoe STRICTLY for playing drums so I won't be wearing them for hours. Well, if I play for hours yes, but I won't be using them to go to the stores, or around the town. I do have a wide foot, and they do stretch outward, but the tip remains narrow and it looks funny. Sort of like a shark if you look top down. But, the sole is thin and I'm able to feel the pedal much better. I owned an older model for many, many years and when they finally wore out, I opted to by another pair. I like these, they have a nice lining inside and make the shoe very comfortable. If you have a wide foot, be warned
