The Air Jordan 1 "Not For Resale - Maize" is one of two versions of the special graphic edition of Michael Jordan's first signature shoe that encourages users to wear their pairs. The unique colorway features numerous messages across the upper that provide tongue-in-cheek references to sneaker culture, including “NOT FOR RESALE” on the midsole and “NO PHOTOS,” “PLEASE CREASE,” and “WEAR ME” across the upper. More statements are found on the interior, including “GENERAL RELEASE” and “NO L’s.” This colorway features a black, white, and yellow color palette. I got these for someone as a gift. They are comfortable if you like the "no shoe" type of feel. No arch support and not much cushioning, but that's the whole point,. Very unique, and easily fit/molded to your feet.

It's funny how things go - these shoes I might have worn two decades ago. They have that slacker feel (in a good way, of course). Very comfortable, very simple. Size is absolutely dead on. I'm a 13 in sneakers, mostly because of width, but I can often take a 12 in boots. These look fairly thin, but not ugly-thin like a lot of sneakers, but the comfort width-wise is there, and my ankles don't come up in the back, so the fit is just right.

Seems like the price swings wildly from one size to the next. These are some shoes I'd snap up if my size happens to be on the cheap end!

I live in boat shoes, both ashore (mostly) an on my boat. This is my second pair of Sea Kites. I also have a pair in another color. The Sea Kites hold up well with my day to day use and a bit of abuse. I've been through Timberland, Bass, and Clarks over the years. They have gone through up and down cycles of quality. Right now Sperry is on top and I find the others disappointing in terms of fit and quality.
