The Ruohan Wang x Nike Air Force 1 Flyleather is an imaginative look for the classic “Uptown” silhouette created by the talented Berlin based artist. In addition to this Air Force 1 Flyleather, Wang’s collection with Nike includes a rendition of the Blazer Mid Flyleather and Air Max 90 Flyleather, as well. Each design is complete with her abstract artwork that focuses on an “earth” motif. What’s more, all three shoes are equally environmentally conscious—at least 50% of the leather used is from recycled fibers. The artwork appears on both sides of the upper, as well as on the toe and heel. A white leather Swoosh can be found on the mid-panel. Wang’s signature “do-it-yourself” inspired detailing is printed on the tongue. A subtle green speckled finish is applied to the midsole to finish off the look. Release date: September 24, 2020.
