The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Rush Maroon” is a popular collaboration between the Amsterdam-based sneaker boutique and Nike on the retro running shoe that was released in November 2021. The “Rush Maroon” is one of multiple Air Max 1s co-designed by Patta in 2021, and like the other designs, the maroon-based look is inspired by Patta’s diverse community of customers, employees, and fans. Offering a new look for the Air Max 1, the “Rush Maroon” features a wavy, Rush Maroon-colored leather mudguard. Subtle but effective, the modified look progresses the timeless design with a modern flair. Signature Patta branding appears on the tongue and inner lining. A small Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral side of the mudguard. The upper is constructed from grey mesh and the overlays appear in Rush Maroon leather. A tonal leather Swoosh dots both sides of the shoe and “Nike Air” branding is found on the heel. Release date: November 24, 2021

For the cost/drip ratio, you cannot beat these kicks.

Surprisingly comfortable for an inexpensive shoe that some may consider only for aesthetics.
If you are concerned about creasing the toe, buy toe cap protectors at the same time as it (crease) will show after very little use.
I bought toe caps and it's kept it straight with no loss in comfort.

I always get tons of compliments on these shoes, and they feel great.

There are some minor craftsmanship details that look rough on close inspection but, nothing most people would ever notice and I nothing I would have any issue with for the price.
I have seem similar shoes for 10x the price, and you would not know the difference from 1m away.

I will likely buy another pair to store away, for whenever these end up wearing out.

Well, I’m glad they still sell these. This is all my husband wears. The price can’t be beat! All of the footwear stores want $75.00 or more. This is probably his 100th pair so I guess he loves them! Looks great and lasts long time too. Very comfortable. He wears them to work and hasn’t complained at all.

A loyal Skechers fan. Durability and support are great. Pricing these sneakers at retail stores one could pay at least twenty five percent more. I find walking in these sneakers reduces my back pain and a true blessing.

Honestly. . . These shoes are super ugly. Having said that. . . . I quite like them. Hahahaha

They are very lightweight. I have the size 8 and they weigh 6oz. There is really nice padding inside. There’s also arch support. They easily slip-on, as there is so much stretch to the fabric. I like the tag on the back to help pull then on. Very breathable.

The sold is anti-skid. It’s plastic. I have some other shoes with what I believe to be a similar sole. I thought that they would wear-down quickly. . . but. . . that’s not been the case.

These shoes are Made in India. They look and feel cheap. . . but. . . I can’t get past the comfort part. Ever if they don’t last all that long. . . I’ll enjoy them while I can.

I'm very pleased with these shoes. They fit perfectly -- they are a true size 11 -- which is not a common situation these days. The medium width is also accurate.

The build quality is very good. It feels very well put together, with the edge and sole well attached, and good quality stitching throughout. The end of the tongue and the interior edge is lined with an man-made "leather" that looks and feels high quality. The canvas body is sturdy. Even the shoelaces are of good quality.

The overall look is nice. It's unusual, with a blue leaf-type pattern and a solid gray, but it works in terms of looks. It's not flashy, but it has more visual appeal than the usual monotone color scheme.

There's enough padding in the insole to make these comfortable for walking, but it could do with a bit more for extra comfort.

All in all, a mostly comfortable, nice looking, well-made pair of sneakers.
